Your data stays in your Jira
Canopy runs on Atlassian's own infrastructure. We have no servers, no outside analytics service and no copy of anything in your site; what we can read is the app's log and usage counters, both held by Atlassian.
Your plan belongs to you
The tree you build is stored as ordinary Jira issue links. If you stop using Canopy, the structure stays exactly where it is. The same holds if Canopy itself ever stopped: your hierarchy lives in Jira, not with us.
We answer ourselves
Support comes from the people who build Canopy, who aim to answer within two working days. Security reports we aim to acknowledge within one.
Company details
Canopy is sold through the Atlassian Marketplace, so your contract for payment is with Atlassian. This is who makes it.
